VIBEPLATE™ VIBRATIONAL THERAPY GETTING TREMENDOUS RESULTS & WEIGHT LOSS!

We have been using the vibeplate™ for over a year now with tremendous results! In fact, I lost so much muscle during my 3 weeks hospital and bed rest time due to lo red blood cells that I am not strong enough for stair master. So I am utilizing the vibe plate as thousands of others are across the country … to rehab and strengthen 10 times faster and stronger just by standing on it!

That's right, research shows that you get up to 10 times more muscle gains from doing an exercise on a vibrational plate than from performing on solid ground! That means one set of squats on a vibeplate gives you the equivalent muscle building gain as 10 sets with out the vibeplate!!! If you do 10 sets on a vibeplate, you get the benefit of 100 sets without! How impressive is that???

The reason why vibratory therapy is so key n anti-aging and rehabilitation and weight loss is that every proprioceptor (millions of nerve receptors in every tendon and joint throughout your body that tell you where your body "is" in position if your eyes are closed) is stimulated massively simultaneously bombarding the brain with massive input and stimulation. Just this massive brain stimulation is itself the best anti-aging stimulation you can enjoy!

Research shows that people in nursing homes "bedridden" had vibeplates put under their feet with knees bent for varying periods of time. Their cognitive functions improved dramatically! Next they were able to sit up eventually and rest their feet on the vibeplate on the floor. Eventually they were able to stand with a walker on the vibeplate and really begin experiencing muscle and coordination gains where they could walk again with their walker and many went down to a cane! No drugs just vibrational therpy! If you have been to a nursing home, you know how important it is in later life to be autonomous and mobility is the key to be able to interact as a human with others.

The second half and why these people were able to walk again is the brain is being bombarded with massive input naturally sends out massive signals back to all the proprioceptors, muscles and tendons to strengthen up and build fast and furious doe to all this new stimulation! So toning happens at 10 times the normal response rate! So brain function, muscle building and weight loss all occur at up to 10 times faster utilizing vibrational therapy verses without!

You have likely seen TV commercials for Lilly's on Gunbarrel advertising the amazing effects of vibrational therapy. You do not even have to exercise to loose weight!!! Just stand on the plate for 10 minutes 3 times a day with knees bent or doing small bouncing motions and the same results occur! However, exercising on it works even faster! Imagine how much better a knee replacement would heal standing on a vibleplate and gradually increasing range of motion exercises with vibration would be?

I try to use the vibeplate for 5 minutes before I go play tennis and all stiffness is gone whereas it usually takes a full set of tennis for an hour before I am completely loose.

You have probably heard the vibeplate being used with patients I am treating Chiropractically and rehabbing. There is a whole series of exercises I teach patients for specific rehab of varying problems. It I actually neuromuscular re-education retraining and enhancing the brain and muscle connections and functionality. You do not have to be a Chiropractic patient to benefit from the vibeplate! Remember, 30 minutes a day can result in 30 lbs. per month coming off! We encourage people to take advantage of one of the few and the first vibeplate available in the greater Chattanooga area. Chiropractic Care Shown To Be Cost Effective

Looking for effective, safe and affordable care to treat those aches and pains? New research indicates chiropractic care could be the answer. A group of scientists recently published a study to determine whether chiropractic treatment was linked with lower healthcare costs for older patients with low back pain. The study looked at more than 72,000 patients ages 66 and older to determine whether chiropractic treatment was a good option. The results determined that older patients who used chiropractic therapy for lower back pain had lower overall healthcare costs along with shorter pain episodes. The cost of care per episode day was also lower. Those who combined convention medical care with chiropractic care also saw lower costs of care. Interestingly, the cost of treatment was higher for people who did not use any chiropractic treatment at all. The findings show that chiropractic care alone or used in conjunction with other forms of care are a cost effective, viable method for those who want to manage and lessen their pain.

Obesity Grows Around The World

In early 2016, the global population totaled more than 640 million obese people. These new totals now show that more than half the world is overweight. This increase in obesity means that one in seven women and one in 10 men are obese, with a body mass index of more than 30 (overweight is 25). During the last 40 years, the average male BMI has risen from 21.7 to 24.2 while females saw a rise from 22.1 to 24.4. That totals to an average of 3.3 pounds gained per decade. The study looked at almost 20 million adults worldwide. It's an epidemic that has seen worldwide attention as countries address food labeling practices, food pricing, taxes on unhealthy foods, and government nutrition recommendations. At the same time, many of the world's poorest are underweight, suffering from a lack of food. Obesity can have both health and economic effects. As healthcare costs rise, problems due to an unhealthy weight can affect the economic stability of millions of households. But it doesn't have to be this way. Leading a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise and a smart diet can allow you to live a longer and better life.

Research Says Fitness Trackers May Not Be Accurate

Fitness trackers are exploding in popularity, tracking everything from heart rate to steps taken. But a new study from the National Institute of Health and Nutrition in Tokyo shows that this technology isn't always accurate at tracking energy expenditure. Researchers tested 12 fitness trackers against current methods of detecting energy expenditure. The results suggest that these trackers can both under and overestimate energy expenditure, sometimes by hundreds of calories. Some devices underestimated calories burned by almost 600 calories while others overestimated by around 200. Researchers say it is possible the trackers are inaccurate due to people taking them off during the day. For people who use fitness trackers to make health decisions based on fitness level, both over and underestimates can be harmful. Those trying to lose weight could be actually burning too few calories. Those watching their activity levels due to heart problems may be too active. There’s not much research on trackers yet, and devices could vary from brand to brand. Either way, people using fitness trackers to make health decisions should be cautious about relying too much on device data.
