Vibrational Therapy Works! Weight Loss. T Special pricing March

VIBEPLATE™ VIBRATIONAL THERAPY GETTING TREMENDOUS RESULTS & WEIGHT LOSS!

We have been using the vibeplate™ for over a year now with tremendous results! In fact, I lost so much muscle during my 3 weeks hospital and bed rest time due to lo red blood cells that I am not strong enough for stair master. So I am utilizing the vibe plate as thousands of others are across the country … to rehab and strengthen 10 times faster and stronger just by standing on it!

That's right, research shows that you get up to 10 times more muscle gains from doing an exercise on a vibrational plate than from performing on solid ground! That means one set of squats on a vibeplate gives you the equivalent muscle building gain as 10 sets with out the vibeplate!!! If you do 10 sets on a vibeplate, you get the benefit of 100 sets without! How impressive is that???

The reason why vibratory therapy is so key n anti-aging and rehabilitation and weight loss is that every proprioceptor (millions of nerve receptors in every tendon and joint throughout your body that tell you where your body "is" in position if your eyes are closed) is stimulated massively simultaneously bombarding the brain with massive input and stimulation. Just this massive brain stimulation is itself the best anti-aging stimulation you can enjoy!

Research shows that people in nursing homes "bedridden" had vibeplates put under their feet with knees bent for varying periods of time. Their cognitive functions improved dramatically! Next they were able to sit up eventually and rest their feet on the vibeplate on the floor. Eventually they were able to stand with a walker on the vibeplate and really begin experiencing muscle and coordination gains where they could walk again with their walker and many went down to a cane! No drugs just vibrational therpy! If you have been to a nursing home, you know how important it is in later life to be autonomous and mobility is the key to be able to interact as a human with others.

The second half and why these people were able to walk again is the brain is being bombarded with massive input naturally sends out massive signals back to all the proprioceptors, muscles and tendons to strengthen up and build fast and furious doe to all this new stimulation! So toning happens at 10 times the normal response rate! So brain function, muscle building and weight loss all occur at up to 10 times faster utilizing vibrational therapy verses without!

You have likely seen TV commercials for Lilly's on Gunbarrel advertising the amazing effects of vibrational therapy. You do not even have to exercise to loose weight!!! Just stand on the plate for 10 minutes 3 times a day with knees bent or doing small bouncing motions and the same results occur! However, exercising on it works even faster! Imagine how much better a knee replacement would heal standing on a vibleplate and gradually increasing range of motion exercises with vibration would be?

I try to use the vibeplate for 5 minutes before I go play tennis and all stiffness is gone whereas it usually takes a full set of tennis for an hour before I am completely loose.

You have probably heard the vibeplate being used with patients I am treating Chiropractically and rehabbing. There is a whole series of exercises I teach patients for specific rehab of varying problems. It I actually neuromuscular re-education retraining and enhancing the brain and muscle connections and functionality. You do not have to be a Chiropractic patient to benefit from the vibeplate! Remember, 30 minutes a day can result in 30 lbs. per month coming off! We encourage people to take advantage of one of the few and the first vibeplate available in the greater Chattanooga area. We have special packages of vibeplate usage below. And if you want to buy one, we can get you a much better price for different models than retail stores in you decide to ivest in one. October is National Chiropractic Health Month: Get TechnoHealthy!

They’re everywhere we look—smart phones, tablet computers, laptops and more—and sometimes these modern gadgets are a pain in the neck, literally. That’s why the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) is bringing attention to the sometimes painful injuries caused by excessive use of technology this month during National Chiropractic Health Month (NCHM).

This year’s campaign—"Get TechnoHealthy!"—focuses on ways people can remain healthy while toting and using the gadgets they love. ACA offers a web site, www.TechnoHealthy.com, with information for the public, including instructive videos.

While modern mobile technologies and computers offer convenience and efficiency, the excessive use of these devices and the incorrect posture that often accompanies it can lead to neck, back, wrist and even thumb pain, in addition to other musculoskeletal issues.

"Our bodies are made to move—not to maintain the same stooped-over posture for long periods of time or to repeat the same motions endlessly. The consequences of treating our bodies this way over time is often soreness and pain, not to mention inactivity that can lead to fitness issues," said ACA President Dr. Keith Overland. “The good news is that there are tips as well as stretches and exercises that can help prevent pain and injury. There are also natural approaches to treating aches and pain, such as chiropractic care, that don’t involve drugs or surgery."

"Balance is key," continued Dr. Overland. "People shouldn't forget that being 'TechnoHealthy' also means knowing that you need to unplug every so often and take care of yourself by getting exercise, eating right and getting enough rest."

Sponsored by ACA, National Chiropractic Health Month is a nationwide observance held each October. The event helps raise public awareness of the benefits of chiropractic care and its natural, whole-person, patient-centered approach to health and wellness.

The American Chiropractic Association (ACA) is the largest professional association in the United States representing doctors of chiropractic. ACA promotes the highest standards of patient care and ethics, and supports research that contributes to the health and well-being of millions of chiropractic patients. Healthier Habits Could Save Millions From Cancer

According to a recent report by the World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) urging governments to avoid a public health disaster, healthier lifestyles could prevent millions of non-communicable deaths each year. In less than 10 years, cancers have increased globally by 20 percent to approximately 12 million new cases annually. Each year cancer, heart disease, lung disease and diabetes account for approximately 36 million deaths globally. Experts expect these numbers to increase significantly over the next 20 years, reaching more than 50 million deaths annually by 2030. If societies fail to act swiftly and immediately, experts feel future charities that currently exist to deal with disasters and famines will also be needed to help pay for cancer care. However, by simply reducing alcohol intake, improving diets, eliminating smoking and increasing physical activity experts state a third of all common cancers could be eliminated. These same changes would also significantly reduce other non-communicable diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.

Gluten-Free Products Increasing In Popularity

It is estimated that some 18 million people in the US are sensitive to gluten with another 2-3 million suffering from celiac disease - a potentially serious autoimmune disease that causes damage to the small intestine in response to gluten consumption. So what is gluten and how do we avoid it? Gluten is a protein found in wheat and related grain species including barley and rye. One of the issues for those who must avoid gluten is the fact that it is found in so many foods including breads, baked goods, pasta, beer, even lunch meats, lipsticks and certain medicines. However, despite a down and struggling economy, gluten-free foods have been booming with 2011 US gluten-free food sales forecasted at 1.3 billion - a number that has more than doubled since 2005. If you have ever felt bloated or experienced abdominal pains after eating foods that contain wheat, barley or rye, try a gluten-free alternative as you just may be one of the approximately 20 million Americans that has issues with gluten consumption.

Diabetes Increases Colon Cancer Risk

Diabetes itself has a host of serious and life threatening complications including issues with wound healing, nerve damage, kidney damage, blindness and even foot and/or leg amputation. If that wasn't enough, a new study indicates those with diabetes also have a significantly higher risk of developing colon cancer - the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States. In a review of 14 international studies, researchers found diabetics to have a 38 percent greater risk of developing colon cancer and a 20 percent greater risk of developing rectal cancer. Additional studies have also found this link between diabetes and colon cancer. And although there is no cure for diabetes, there is something that can be done to better manage diabetes while reducing the odds of acquiring not only colon cancer, but other cancers - participate in regular physical activity, follow a healthy diet and if applicable, eliminate smoking.
